Halfway there… Arduino control of the Bliptronic 5000 LEDs via pinout mentioned in the previous post.  Here’s a quick demo of the LEDs all individually addressable from the arduino programming platform.

Squeezed in a tiny proto-board where the speaker was. Flexible FTDI out to save some $$ and still have usb linking and power. The existing knobs are NOT analog potentiometers, though now I have plenty of cabinet space for 3 knobs (I have 3 analog pins open) a power switch and a reset button.

Samuel Hurst  has taken the dive right into porting the Arduinome code, and was kind enough to post his process in this forum, where a few of us are sharing notes on progress.
